     Robert Iger hated ON THE AIR.  The 6 episodes produced were
     it, actually.  It was supposed to be a mid-season replacement,
     but ABC "cancelled" it before it was ever broadcast.

                 Shortly  thereafter, the health of  Annie
                 Blackburn still in question, the behavior
                 of Special Agent  Dale Cooper was noticed
