I believe reading somewhere that only six episodes of "On the Air" were made.
ABC had planned to air all six, but, after incredibly low ratings, they stopped
with just three.  I have read nothing about "On the AIr" being cancelled or
being a future mid-season replacement; however, I seriously doubt that it will
be back.
               I'm posting this from a friend's account, so please post any 
responses on the net to save him the certain deluge of mail!
