Well, since LMFAP and Mike are completely dependant on each other, maybe Mike is his representative outside the lodge, like the Giant and Senor Droolcup, although both of them can still appear inside. After all, Mike and LMFAP have given Cooper an equal amount of clues, plus there's other similarities I'm sure.
