ok...

a friend and I were wondering about a certain quote.  In light of Fire Walk
With Me, no pun intended, and Gorden's crazy codes, a line came up in the
episode when Gorden comes to Twin Peaks for the first time (sorry, no number). 
Gorden says to coop "Coop, you remind me today of a small Mexican Chi-wow-wow"
Note he said CHI_WOW_WOW.  Cooper then looks distressed....


What does it mean?
